August 2020 Video Update
This aerial videography update highlights the warehouse construction progress for the Linden Logistics Center. The preliminary warehouse exterior walls are in place, and ironwork on the frame and roof is well underway. The secondary warehouse foundation is in place and ready to start the development of the building.

The Linden Logistics Center industrial development continues to make headway. Site excavation and grading are progressing with aggregate being laid in preparation for the concrete foundation. Preliminary water management and distribution systems are in place to assure proper drainage and erosion control.

The most extensive industrial development in the Port of New York/New Jersey (to date) continues to progress. Petillo’s fleet of excavators and earthmovers are shaping the worksite while deep foundation drilling has started. Preliminary water management and distribution materials are being prepared for installation.

The Linden Logistics Center project is underway with site preparation in high gear. Petillo’s fleet of heavy equipment has broken ground to prepare the site for construction of the warehouse complex. The eight-building, 4.1 million-square-foot site will be the largest industrial development in the Port of New York/New Jersey region to date.
