June 2021 Video Update

Construction is underway on the Millstone 8 Logistics Center. The 1.2 million square foot warehouse is being built at the former Showplace Farms horse training and rehabilitation facility on Route 33 in Millstone, New Jersey. The new logistics center is located about 7 miles from the New Jersey Turnpike’s Exit 8 interchange, providing easy access to metropolitan New York, Philadelphia, and South Jersey. Petillo’s heavy construction fleet has started developing the site and is currently excavating, clearing, grading, backfilling and preparing the site for the next stage of construction.
