Work Environment

Reduce the Risk
We understand that the work we perform every day presents risk and hazards to our employees and the general public; therefore, every employee is provided Type II helmets, Class III High Visibility vests, cut resistant gloves and safety glasses during the new hire and site specific orientation.  During work, our front line supervisors perform Daily JSA/STCKY meetings before work begins every day and then follow through with our employees by performing observations, precursor analysis scorecards, and site walkthroughs.  This captures positive and at-risk acts to consistently measure safety performance, reward safe work practices, continuously improve, and strive to Reduce the Risk.
