Field Corners Commercial Campus

The Commercial Campus at Fields Corner is well underway with the planned development of two logistics warehouses totalling 933,100 square feet. The two buildings measure 303,100 SF and 630,000 SF, respectively. Petillo’s crew is preparing the site and sculpting the land to accommodate the stormwater management, distribution systems, and warehouse foundations. The retaining walls around the area are being constructed and backfilled with aggregate. The next phase includes warehouse construction and developing the surrounding shipping, delivery, and parking areas.
