May 2025 Video Update
Petillo Companies continues to make strong progress on the Golden Triangle warehouse project. Recent work has focused on several key areas of site development. Excavation, levelling, and grading operations are well underway, with heavy equipment actively shaping the site to design specifications and preparing for future phases of construction.
Stormwater management infrastructure is also taking form, with significant advancement in the construction of the stormwater pond to support long-term site drainage and environmental compliance. In addition, concrete curbing and sidewalk installation is progressing smoothly, laying the groundwork for internal circulation and pedestrian access around the facility.
Petillo’s team remains committed to delivering quality workmanship while maintaining an efficient construction schedule. Further updates will follow as the site continues to take shape.
