June 2025 Video Update
At the Spring Brook Commerce Center in Mine Hill, NJ, Petillo Construction is making strong progress on a 393,335 square foot Class-A distribution facility. Recent work includes concrete curbing throughout the parking lot, roadways, and truck loading zones, as well as site grading, aggregate spreading and compaction for a stable foundation. Crews have also advanced storm drain installation, water management systems, and retaining wall construction. The project reflects Petillo’s focus on efficiency, safety, and teamwork across every phase of development.
