Petillo is proud to have completed the Bridge Point Somerset warehouse project. The three warehouses with over 1.7 million square feet are conveniently located directly off the 4-way interchange at Exit 12 of I-287.

The Bridge Point warehouse project is nearing completion with the parking and loading zone areas being finalized around the remaining warehouse facilities. At the same time, the final touches are being completed on the building 2 and 3.

Groundbreaking and site preparation is well underway at the BridgePoint Somerset project. In the latest update, Petillo’s fleet of earthmovers scrape, level, and pack to shape the massive landscape in preparation for construction. Hydroseed mixtures have been applied to provide the nutrients and minerals necessary for grass seed to create a quick groundcover around the perimeter.
