Petillo’s work on the Rockefeller Edison Industrial project is nearing completion in the latest aerial photography update. Concrete sidewalks for the main entrance are being poured, while final groundwork around the exterior is the warehouse is prepared for completion.

May 2020 Video Update
Construction continues on the warehouse project in Edison, New Jersey. Petillo’s heavy construction fleet is busy grading and levelling the surrounding area in preparation for curbing, concrete, and paving work. The cross-dock building features 40-foot clear ceiling heights, 150 dock doors, 464 auto-parking stalls and 206 trailer-parking stalls.

February 2020 Video Update
Steady progress continues on the Rockeller – Edison Industrial project. The warehouse frame and roof have been constructed while the exterior walls are currently being prepared. Concrete forms are being built to exact specifications. Around the site, grading and earthwork continue to shape the property and fill in around the water management and distribution systems. The aggregate has been levelled in preparation for concrete forms to be set up for curbing work.
