April 2023 Video Update

The new Matrix Logistics Center in Newburgh is nearing completion in the final project update. The 84.7-acre lot has been transformed with water management and distribution systems, retaining walls, paved parking, delivery and receiving areas, and a 215,219 SF distribution center. The logistics warehouse is conveniently located at I-84 and State Route 300/Union Ave in Newburgh, New York.

February 2022 Video Update

The new Matrix Logistics Center construction project is underway. Petillo’s heavy construction team has started developing the 84.7-acre lot. The distribution centre is conveniently located at Interstate 84 and State Route 300/Union Ave in Newburgh, New York. The prime location provides easy access to metropolitan New York, Philadelphia, and New Jersey. Petillo’s crews are currently drilling and blasting, excavating, clearing, grading, backfilling and preparing the site for the next stage of development.
