April 2023 Video Update

Progress continues on the Maybrook Logistics Center in Montgomery, New York, as the exterior shipping, loading, delivery and parking areas are paved. The final 312,567 SF Building sits on a 40-acre lot located less than one mile from I-84 and is nine miles from the intersection of I-84 and I-87. This new logistics centre with 5,000 SF of dedicated office space is scheduled to be completed by the fall of 2023.
