June 2021 Video Update

The Medline Warehouse project in Montgomery, New York, is nearing completion. The new 1.3 million-square-foot warehouse will allow Medline to grow and expand its business. Conveniently located near 1-84, the facility will have easy access to metropolitan New York, Philadelphia, and New Jersey.

November 2020 Video Update

The Medline Warehouse in Montgomery, New York, is progressing rapidly. The latest aerial update showcases how the surrounding property has been shaped and landscaped around the warehouse. Exterior retaining walls have been built, water retention ponds have been carved and connected to water distribution systems, and landscaping is underway. The heavy construction fleet continues to crush, distribute, and grade aggregate around the property in preparation for paving. The preliminary structure of the warehouse has been erected, and the roof installation is currently underway.

September 2020 Video Update

Petillo’s heavy construction fleet continues to shape and develop the land around the Medline Warehouse project in Montgomery, New York. Crushing, grading and levelling are progressing while the warehouse structure is being built.

June 2020 Video Update

The Medline Warehouse project in Montgomery, New York, is underway. The project development will be Orange County’s largest distribution center. The new distribution center will more than double the size of Medline’s current Wawayanda facility.
