The industrial park construction in Parlin is well underway, with all three warehouse structures in place. Petillo is building the surrounding shipping and receiving areas around the exterior with curbing and paving efforts in high gear. The finished distribution center consists of three warehouses with a combined 1,077,776-square-footage.

The Arsenal Trade Center warehouse development is moving forward in Sayreville, New Jersey. The distribution centre project consists of three warehouses with a combined 1,077,776-square-footage. The three warehouses, designed by KSS Architects, will span 284,341 square feet, 341,833 square feet and 451,602 square feet. The industrial park is located four miles east of the NJ Turnpike in the core of the Central New Jersey industrial market at 50 South Minisink Avenue – just minutes from routes 9, 35, 287, 440, and the Outerbridge Crossing and the Garden State Parkway.
